Key Policies, Procedures & Company Documents

The links below will permit you to read and download key Policies, Procedures and other Documentation related to Southern Ultrasound's provision of a Vascular Ultrasound Service at various sites on behalf of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

All documents remain the property of Southern Ultrasound Ltd, and may not be used, in part or in full, for any other purpose.

In some cases, the policies might represent a Company intention, that is superceded, in full or in part, by the NHS Trust's own publications on the matter. Where any discrepancy between the NHS Trust's documentation and the company's documentation exists, the NHS Trust's version takes precedence.
